Hello, I recently left a complaint here about Trudon charging me falsely on my Telkom account every month. Despite emails, phone calls and visits to the Telkom offices, not one person at Trudon has done anything about my complaint. They IGNORE you.
You can see in these complaints that they leave a 'companies responded' message but that is as far as it goes. They should be removed from the list as they do not take any further action to correct the issue. What they do however get right is the continued bad service. Lawyers letters are now being drafted.
