I have been using Evox 5XL, Evox synergy whey, Evox 100% whey and Evox Super Egg for over one year now. I have had many run-ins with their products, listed below:
1. Strawberry shake tasted of Lime
I took the product to Evox to investigate. After testing and much deliberation, they replaced my shake and admitted the taste was wrong.
2. Evox Super Egg shake ROTTEN!
I took this back to Dischem, they replaced it. It stank and the shake was totally off.
3. Lots of white plastic bits in Shake (TWICE!!!)
I just threw out the whole shake both times.
4. Pieces of grey material-cloth in Shake
Also, threw out whole shake.
5. Inconsistent textures
Clearly their mixing process is problematic.
I have come to the conclusion that there is no (or very little) quality control at Evox. I would highly recommend against using their products. I have also heard similar complaints from other people. It's a pity as I was a real fan of their products as they taste great, but after being continuously let down, I cannot support them again.
