The service at sterland is disasterous as I was queing for over 35 minutes when all of a sudden an usher of sterland came to the que and shouted out something in her language other than in english as english is regarded as one of the official languages and I followed the crowd that qued behind me to another teller only to find out after 20 minutes of queing that that que is only reserved for ticket and combos... after obtaining my 5 tickets from the first que and 45 minutes into the movie my wife decided to get some refreshments for my kids only to find the tellers unwilling and reluctant to assist her and directed her to another que where patrons were lining up to buy tickets for the next movie slot... my wife decided to purchase drinks at pick n pay and headed back to theatre and was refused admission into the theatre with the drinks... now my question to management of sterland is why with so many point of sales in fact 15 or 16 of them are only to that is operational? secondly I would suggest that uniformity takes place where if a patron already purchased a ticket and already seated in theatre and feel the urge to purchase refreshments why cant a seperate point of sale be made available to avoid the long ques and miss out on the movie... the overall attitude of the staff are undesirable and feels as if you standing in a government que for official documents... I would like feedback from management in this regard... [email protected]
