A friend and I made an appointment at your Canal Walk store and used a buy one get 1 free coupon from a Cape Town coupon book. The customer service was terrible and we were seated in a pokey corner with the overwhelming fumes of acetone. The one therapist was running so late we had to wait 30minutes for her to start the pedicure. The pedicure was supposed to be an hour and she rushed the service with no attention to detail in 30minutes. The hygiene was disgusting, with your staff hitting the pedicure file on the tiles to shake off dead skin from a pedicure she was doing. I am a qualified beauty therapist and been in the industry for more than 10 year and will never recommend or promote your store. It was a very disappointing experience and if you continue to market your business like that, you are wasting your time and money. Overall the experience was TERRIBLE!!!
