Shocking Customer Service

I advised the manufacturer of the raw honey I purchased that I found a bee in it and the response I received was one of arrogance and not caring. Instead of explaining the process and trying to engage the customer I was told to either take the bee out and eat the honey or return it to the shop and then the manufacturer hung up the phone. Luckily for the customer there are plenty other honey suppliers - Struckemyer's do not deserve to have any customers!
