Pikitup would collect rubbish on a monday in The south of Johannesburg (mayfield park, Kibler Park, Rispark ect), areas, but as of the begining of January they dont come every week. They have written an article in the southern courier saying that they are short of vehicles in the area. sO I ASK YOU WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN THE 31 DECEMBER TO THE 2ND JANUARY WITH THE VEHICLES THAT WERE AVAILABLE.
THE BINS WERE COLLECTED ON THE 31 DECEMEBR WITHOUT A PROBLEM BUT WHEN JANUARY COMES WE ARE ALL OF A SUDDEN SHORT. Its a disgrace, bins stand out for days in the sun, its a health hazard. We pay for this service on a monothy basis as part of rates ans taxes but yet there is none provided.
