I was sent an sms message by Impact Meters informing me that my services would be cut off if I did not pay my arrears by a certain date. The account number given did not match mine, which suggested that there was some problem. I phoned the company and was dealt with promptly and courteously and the problem was resolved - at least from my point of view - immediately. Another client had given them my cell-phone number (by mistake?) hence I had received a message meant for somebody else. The client will now be informed of his position by one of his other contact numbers.
