I am not one to usually complain, but I was really disappointed with the Gel Polish I had done at the Dream Nails Cavendish branch on Wednesday 1 May.
I had gel polish applied during an appointment at 13:00pm at the branch. I am aware that the time the polish lasts depends on what you do, but I would told it would be around 10-40 days. Today (Saturday 4 May) the polish on my middle right hand finger just completely peeled off! Shortly afterwards the same happened on another finger. I then proceeded to easily peel the polish of all the other fingers as I realized it was lifting away from the nail on most of them.
I have a normal office job and do no sports or gardening (anything that may have caused the polish to come after faster than usual) and am really disappointed after being told my friends it usually lasts perfectly for about 2-3 weeks. Also theirs was not easily peeled off like mine, they had to have it soaked off which makes me wonder if mine was not applied correctly?
I just wanted to make you aware of this as I will not being coming back for this treatment again, and this may be happening to other clients as well.
