I have had unprofessional attitude and behaviour problems with the transferring agents of Velile Tinto. We placed an offer on a house in August 2012 and the transfer has still not taken place end March 2013. In addition, transferring attorneys doing the transfer of our existing house contacted Velile Tinto ensure both transfers happen simultaneously so my family don't find we are forced to vacate our existing house with no where to go. During a conversation between transferring attorneys from Frank Holland and Associates the Velile Tinto person hung up the phone when she got upset that the FHA attorney was asking for a time-line for the transfer. Throughout the 9 months we have been trying to get VT to provide us with time-lines information and feedback to no avail, we have received some updates only when I had to escalate matters to a more senior person at VT but the problems are still on-going.
