Don't ever go to CCMA Assist, a.k.a Retrenchment Assist. Their service is nauseating. After approaching them to assist us with our case, they were quick to sign contracts of how much they will get out of the deal, yet they never delivered. The lawyer would contact us the evening before the sit down at arbitration to brief us. They also insist on your compensation salaries won to be paid into their account, yet when they need to pay you, it doesn't happen. No one is available to talk to from the reception to the board of directors. Always busy in meetings. If it's not enough that you have to run after them and phone them all the time, they don't return your calls. No one takes ownership, yet they take 45% of our winnings for doing nothing. Can't even return a call. Don't use them to assist you. There is no assistance. They make empty promises and don't want to pay you your winnings. We did everything to win ourselves. Should not have bothered with them. Now I sit with a case won, but no monies. Names dealt with: Henry, Vee, Jessica to name a few. While holding on for a person you can hear the voices in the background discussing that they don't want to speak to you. Revolting!!!
