background on my complaint, I took out loan with Blue Financial services in 2008 for R15 000 and piad and then defaulted due to being in bad debt, I have tried to make arrangements and paid what I could afford yet interest went up by huge amounts and resulted in teh loan being R29 000 a year later, I then continued to pay and was handed over to JM attorneys who added ridiculous amounts of interest making it unbreable for me, they kept calling wanting more and more money, I have paid what we agreed upon yet amount was increased to over R50 000, at this point i was so tired of fighting as then I found out my payments are not being updated and when I do pay its update late and interest was added at R2000 per month. Due to being tired of fighting I paid what they wnated R1400 per month and balance started decreasing, they call me every month to remind me to make payment however for the past few months I have not heard from them, I have come accross articles that JM attorneys and Blue financial services have liquidated. I am now stuck with Dilemma do i continue to pay or not and where my money will go to, I have called all their numbers and nothing works.
