I highly recommend Etienne Bedeker Incorporated for anyone who is selling property or thinking of selling. They are extremely efficient and on the ball - all Emails/queries are answered within 24 hours and the recent sale of our property and purchase of a new one went very smoothly and quickly.
I received weekly updates via Email and sms detailing what was happening, where we were in terms of finalizing things and what to expect next. I have never received such excellent service from any other transfer attorneys I have dealt with in the past.
It doesn't matter where your house is that you have sold - they courier the documents to you and the buyer for your convenience - no need to travel through to their offices to sign!
I recently Emailed them for advice, my Email was immediately forwarded to Lizelle and she responded straight away with all the info I needed and gave me her number to call her if I get stuck.
