They so hungry to get money out of you for you accounts but when you paid them up they dont notify the Stores. i have paid them last month and settled my account and still no feedback was given to the stores regarding my account so to them i still owe i called called centre and was told nothing has been done they will log a follow up to see why the document hasnt been closed as yet... and that i cant get a paid up letter i need to wait and to top it off they dont have a turn around time what is that, i need my account closed and my name cleared but have to wait but when they want their MONEY they dont wanne wait they charge us for calls, sms's and all but we need to waste our money to call then and charge our own POCKETs man
