Balance Statement Request

I have spoken to Nerusha on Monday the 13th May 2013 and again on the 16th requesting that they give me the latest Woolworths debit review store and personal loan account, but refused to do so, in that my Debt Counselor should provide them with the debt review court order as well as that they do not have such final fiqure on their system. I further asked to speak to her Manager, and her response was that she is conducting some interviews today and does not know what time she would come back to me. I have the same call on Monday the 13th, and the Manager hasn't come back to me. It is my right as a consumer to request the latest account statement, but this has become an issue when the report has to be sent to me.
