I posted two ads (109294224 and 109293591) with premium features paid - via credit card - for on both.
Neither ad appears in "my ads" or live on gumtree. Further, a previous "bumped ad" also disappeared.
I have sent an email to support (Case # 0000001706) and commented on Twitter with no response from Gumtree.
I can only assume that this error has to do with the upgrades to Gumtree's site. Many people I know have complained of similar errors and lack of responses when compared to the previous version of the site.
Why try and fix something that wasn't broken?
