I was finding my way around the Fedhealth website, just verifying what I need to do in terms of accessing the chronic benefit. I found the a pharmacy that I could go to near home (there were about 20 in my area, 5-6 of them a stone's throw away). That impressed me already.
The next moment a pop up appears on my screen, a message from Brad (Customer Services) offering to assist me. I was blown away. In the blink of an eye he answered my questions and set my mind at ease.

Thanks Brad for impressing me from the word go and that with me starting on your scheme on 01 Jan 2014. With Fedhealth my medical aid contribution won't be such an issue.
