Cancellation of course due to pathetic course content, I was promised a refund after this was taken to the committee. I have email proof and verification that they agreed to do the refund.
I am still waiting 3 years on despite following up with them. Clearly this institution is not ethical and is ripping people off. This is unacceptable to promise something and do absolutely nothing about it.
