INCORRECT EXAM RESULT - UNISA

On the 2/12/2013 I noticed on the MYUNISA website that of the 2 papers I wrote in Oct/Nov 2013, the result for one stated 'ABSENT FROM EXAM'. I responded to this by e-mailing the exam dept. the register for both the papers I wrote. I was informed by Irma Thema (CBM Exam Dept.) that all errors will be rectified by the 20/12/2013. I contacted her in early January 2014 informing her that my exam result had not been rectified. She e-mailed a Prof. Mfecane with the query. Prof. Mfecane then forwarded the e-mail to someone else. Since then my query has just been forwarded from one person to the next, with no resolution. I have even e-mailed the Head of the exam dept. Mr Prinsloo, who just ignored my mail. To date my exam result has not been rectified and no one at UNISA is showing any interest to my query.

This is the most frustrating experience I have had and have no choice but to turn to you for assistance.
