On the 4/12/13 I have applied at Unisa as a returning student because I had a student number already and I was told that I can not register before I apply, I have not received any response till today, after I have sent many emails from the beginning of January and the response will always be that, 'your application has been sent to applications department and they will answer you shortly, you can call for any assistant" Every time I call, there is no response and or they hang up. I have forwarded my concerns to ombudsman, and it was forwarded to Mr Riekert Liebenberg.

My last communication to UNISA below and still no response.

I am a returning student and I had submitted the application form on December for returning student and have applied for honours and I was told that I can only do a BCom Degree and or complete my previous Qualification which is ND: CMA and only Management Accounting III outstanding. Please change my application and let me register. I have been sending email left, right and center but I do not get any response and now I am running out of time in order to submit my Bursary Contract from my employer.
