I have been trying to do a semester exchange on two of my modules on My Unisa for about 3 weeks now as there is an option for that. There has been no change to date. I've also tried to contact Unisa telephonically and via email numerous times but no one ever answers the phone or respond to my emails. Semester registrations for the first semester ends 24 January 2014 and I cannot skip a semester. I only have so much time left to finish my degree. What poor service!!!
