I had enrolled at Intec to study supply chain management. I had paid my deposit of around R1400 (not sure of hand the actually amount) and had also paid about R400 for my 1st exam. I had received my study material late and had then called in several times and sent emails to cancel my course... every time I called for feedback, they had said that they were waiting for the board of directors to confirm my cancellation but up till today, I had no luck with getting this sorted. I had put a stop order on my debit order and then Intec had handed me over and at the moment I am blacklisted because of Intec. Intec has still not sorted out my cancellation and I have still not received my refund for whatever monies had had paid to them.
