I am a long time student of UNISA and ever since the call centre has been closed it is utterly frustrating to try and get feedback on a simple query. My UNISA myLife account is no longer working, and I've sent three emails already with no response in three weeks. There is also a problem with my qualification that needs to be urgently addressed, and FOUR emails later I have received no response whatsoever from anybody at UNISA.
Apparently only emails from student accounts are replied to . Firstly I find this horrible, as email the system is never working. When I try to get help sending an email from my personal account, nobody at UNISA bothers to reply to my email. It is very close to exams and I need assistance urgently. I am not the only student that feels UNISA needs to bring back the call centre. Student correspondence is non existent and this is a serious problem for all UNISA students. UNISA, sort this out.
