So I am writing this knowing I will NOT get a response from Unisa... one never does. I am a current student at Unisa... (meaning they already have ALL my documentation and information), and I applied at the beginning of the application period to study further next year. During the entire application period I kept checking to see did my application go through, was everything successful, all my documents uploaded etc etc... as I had applied online. I received written communication, as well as a telephone call from a helpful lady, and an sms to say that they had received my application, my documents were uploaded, everything was fine. I now get an email (mind you only after I emailed them to find out status of my application) to say my application wasn't complete and they can't process it and I will now have to apply next year for 2015. What BS is that? needless to say I have been in communication with the Directorate of student admission and registration, and I am HOPING that this issue can be resolved. I would really appreciate a response UNISA to either any of the many emails I have sent through or maybe somebody picking up a phone somewhere to tell me what happened?
