Every month, numerous unknown deductions are deducted from my bank account. This is usually for R99.00 - very clever because I don't get an sms notifiying me of any deductions under R100. And every month I have to call my bank to have these amounts reversed. Today again, I have had to have more deductions reversed totalling R400. They are generally linked back to Stratcol. Stratcol has given me a phone number of a company in Durban (031 number) that has requested them to make the deductions. And of course, you can never get through to this number.
I have phoned and emailed Stratcol requesting them NEVER to deduct money from my account, but it continues. I am sure this happening to many other people and they are getting away with this.
