I applied to study through UNISA a while back, I received my letter confirming that my application has been approved and when the time comes all I need to do is register. Today I especially took the day off from work to go through to your Pretoria registration office that is located in Sunnyside. Knowing that my application was already approved previously I did not foresee any hassles. I patiently waited in line until someone became available to assist me. When I handed over my approved application letter to the gentleman at the counter, I was shocked to hear that he could not accept it and referred me to HESA. If this was the case should I not have been informed of this when I applied??? I am utterly disgusted, why would you put in place an application system only to deny someone to study through you at registration point. I expect someone to contact me immediately to rectify this mess as it is a poor reflection of UNISA
