I have received my exam results for May/June 2013, only to see that I have failed the module EUP1501 despite scoring a 96% in my exam. I would like to make urgent contact with Prof Goosen, who was the module leader for this specific subject, or anyone who is willing to rectify or rather take account for this problem. My module content was delivered to me extremely late due to the strike at the post office, however I completed my assignments, only to be given a 0% for late submission on all except one. That specific assignment, I scored 80% on. Please could someone kindly get back to me with a solution as to how to rectify my marks, as I do not have the funding to redo this module on account of someone else's negligence. I am clearly capable of passing this module.
