I recently got a quote to Aerolite my ceiling from Thermahome. Spoke to Alan regarding queries on the quote and was pleasantly surprised by his positive attitude and professionalism.
Alan took the time to explain to me in detail the difference in the materials, why Gauteng insulation needs to be different and how is workmanship would be guaranteed. He also told me that I would not need to put down any deposit to commence with the work and that I should only pay once I am happy with the work. This was unheard of, in my experience - I have built my home and done improvements for the last 2 years. Kudos to you Alan.
His team arrived on time as promised and completed the job within the time specified. The job was professionally done (holes cut out for downlighters, geyser wrapped up and all hot water pipes insulated). The team left me an invoice which I paid immediately without fuss.
In today's world of construction, there are few that can claim to deliver on their promises and back it up with a no pay until satisfied guarantee but Thermahome Aerolite has just done that to my satisfaction. I would gladly recommend them and would do business with them again.
