The contractor was appointed to evaluate damage caused by storms in Dec 2013. I had to phone them several times to set up he appointment. They send out a guy that could not speak english properly and who refused to speak afrikaans. I had to phone them several times to get feedback - they were either busy driving and ask me to phone back in 60 minutes and then refused to answer the phone. There admin is not up to standard - they got mixed up with people and numbers and phoned me to ask if it is Michelle speaking. I will not recommend them to any one. They think peope are stupid and tell you hat hey will submit a report on Saturday and that SAHL will respond on Saturday afternoon???
