Being a first time Volvo buyer I must say I only received excellent service from them. They are professional, and make you feel so welcome. They explain everything to the "T" and make sure you understand every process. The one thing that stood out the most to me was that they put you (the customer) first, and that says a lot. Not only that but they work as a close knit unit and one doesn't see that very often. The whole deal went off so smooth and well, I really must say thank you to them and I'm still loving my new car!
