Vehicle was send in for quotation, after a week repairs (Top overhaul, Timing chain kit, Head set, Labour) was done. All this repairs was charged R9700, 00. I phoned the workshop several times to find out when the vehicle will be fixed they made few promises and dates set when vehicle will be fixed. I took off from work to fetch the vehicle but every time on arrival the vehicle was still not repaired with a lot of excuses. I requested about three (3) times that they put all remaining spares in vehicle to tow it away to a other service provider but still instructions was refused. After battling for almost two (2) weeks the vehicle was repaired. I waited at the workshop for a hour and a half for vehicle to arrive. The vehicle came in a poor state, we requested that the old spares must be in the boot of the vehicle as they fixed parts that was not broken and many defects that was discovered after we left the shop. The reason for not test driving it was that we need to pay before they hand the keys over. My mother and pregnant wife was paying for the vehicle while employees was smoking inside the reception area so she needed to go outside. Mother and wife was chased out of the workshop.
