I purchased a Ford Ranger 2.2 Super Cab for Business use in May 2013. I have had numerous problems already and the vehicle is not even a year old. Issues listed below...
Load body cracked ( - Aug 2013)- started on one side now both.
Marketed as a one ton vehicle but suspension flat with less than half a ton loaded. (extra springs had to be fitted to carry the toolbox (weight of toolbox - 400kg)
Gearbox - I was told about a factory fault by a friend and I discussed it with Zander and was then told that the vehicle would not be affected, 2 months later the gearbox failed (vehicle with dealer at the moment).
Due to all these issues I want Ford to come to the party. They must fix load body properly and make sure that gearbox is in perfect condition. I cant have problems like this due to this being a company vehicle and need it on site 350 km from my head office
