Poor service/workmanship

My BMW was booked in at Technostar on the 19/09/13.i collected the car after a month.to my surprise the bootlid hasnt been aligned, warning light come on, new bumper has a crack, front bumper has grazed marks (due to towing) front bumper cover missing, rattle from undercarage.i cant understand how a car that goes through "Quality Check"comes out with so many faults, and stil has the adasity to tell my car is ready for collection. However the car was taken back a week later for adjustments, but bootlid isnt 100percnt aligned, warning light stil on, bumper cover stil missing. How do i trade this car in when its so obvious that it has been im a smash.i realised Technostar isnt BMW approved when they told me that they cannot understand why the warning light stil remains on.despite the age of the car i would of expected the workmanship to have been handled just as how they would handle it on 1 of the 100 of exotics lying in their workshop.pointless having sucha huge operation when u cannot keep up to the standard and the image of ur company!!
