My fiance had taken the car in to have the clutch and flywheel replaced. Upon collection he immediately felt something was not right and the engine light was on, which was not there before the car went in, when the car was switched off it made a loud noise. He noticed the air box and air pipe was completely loose. He immediately phoned Neil and told him about everything. Neil said that he will have a look and the car must be brought in the next day. They then "fixed" it according to them and phoned 30min after the car was taken in. After driving a short distance the engine light appeared again. He took the car back again immediately, they took it in again, after 3 hours he collected the car and still the same problem. We decided to take the car to BMW for diagnostics as we realized ACD is clearly incompetent. BMW diagnostics proved that the gearbox mounting was stripped and 2 boost pipes was damaged as well as a vacuum pipe. My fiance called Neil ACD and told him about the findings. He then went to Neil at ACD and the guy refused and denied that it was them that up. A replacement of clutch cost me that as well as all the damage ACD caused. Worse service eve
