I saw a Volvo on Car Find over the easter weekend and sent a mail to enquire about it. I sent various enquiries for various different Volvos I saw on the website. Phillip from Volvo Silver Lakes was the only one that actually responded. We bought the S60 we saw from him and I have NEVER experienced service like this. We live in Krugersdorp and Phillip has driven all the way from Silver Lakes on numerous occasions for various reasons. I would like to list all of the things that impressed me but there is just not enough space here! My previous car was also a Volvo and as they say - Volvo for Life!! My father bough a XC60 last year from Volvo Westrand and has not been impressed with them from the start, he even went as far as saying just because of the bad service he would never buy a Volvo again. After our experience he has now said he will also only deal with Silver Lakes and Phillip. No matter the difficulty and distance, I will drive all the way there for services etc even though Volvo West Rand is 10min drive from my house. Thank you and well well done!!!
