During a routine service it was discovered that the VIN# on my licence disk - the car registration - was not the one that appeared on the vehicle. Its been almost a month (or more), and I have tweeted, and called, and emailed KIA. I keep getting the runaround from the manager at the dealership. I had to ask that the car registration be corrected at the traffic department. He keeps emailing telling me that he will get back to me by the end of the day - and I receive no proper feedback on the rectification of the matter.
? As a further note - Owing to the fact the WRONG vin# reflected on my licence disk and was captured incorrectly - I had to pay for the bulb replacement in 2012.
This is essentially a traffic violation!!
