On 19/02/2013, I went to MA Baker @ the Acropolis Mall in Phoenix and purchased 2 rump steak pies. The pies appeared dry on the outside and after taking a bite into I got a burnt taste. I took it back immediately and advised the teller, Cookie & was extremely rude to me & refunded my money. I then wanted to purchase a sausage roll and she told she can't serve me and embarrassed me in front of the customers. I requested for the Head Office no. & she gave me a cell phone no. I call the no. And the Supervisor, Michelle of the same branch answered the call & pretended to be the head office. She was rude and told me that I can complain to whoever I want as she does not care.
I am really sad and disappointed at the customer service rendered.
