So I was hungry during my lunch hour and I made what was soon to learn to be a mistake by ordering a Muchachos Chicken Burger and Chips. When it arrived I opened up the burger as I usually do only to find a thick black wiry hair fried in with the chicken fillet and mixed in with the mayonnaise.
When I called Mosqas or whatever the his name is couldn't even venture a single apology. He told me the manager was at prayers and he would get back to me when he returned. When I asked him when specifically that would be he barked back that he would call me back soon. Shortly thereafter I laid a complaint with Muchachos Head Office where I spoke t a gentleman by the name of Sean who stated politely that he would take this up.
As loosely promised Mosqas called back after 10 minutes and stated FIRST that they want the first burger BACK and then they will give me a replacement burger AND that the manager had advised me to bring the burger back to the store but he would instead send a driver. So no apology, a demand for the HAIRY burger first and a suggestion that I should have really brought the burger back BUT he would do me a FAVOUR and send his beloved driver.
