The spur at St peters square is unprofessional and pathetic. The only reason why I frequent this branch is because they the only halaal branch in my arear. This however has been my last visit to this spur. I ordered a mixed grill and after everyone else's meal at the table arrived I was informed that there was no more sausage available. Was given the option to change my order then or wait while sausage was bought at the grocer downstairs. Needless to say the quality of the sausage was not the same and certainly not what I was paying for. Over and above the inferior food I was given I had to request to see a manager and only after my second request did a manager respond. This was of no help and certainly didn't make me feel any better as her best solution to my frustration was "I'm sorry" and "we'll remove the sausage from your bill". Now REALLY, what standard of customer service is this?!!! My suggestion to this spur is to remove yourselves from the customer service industry completely or jack up your standards.
