We went to Spur for steak the first time and asked raw, it came back well done, my girl decided to eat it but I complained, the 2nd time I asked for raw raw steak on a hot rock and it came there well done again, this time was the best, I asked the waiter for raw steak but the blood must still flow, he laughed at us and I ordered my steak medium to rare on a hot rock as I had to cut her steak she had a operation so my steak could stay warm, what a disaster, the food came and as I cut her's it was well done so a manager walked passed and I explained that this was my 3rd bad experience he must please sort this out, as I cut my steak same story well done, I decided to keep it as it tasted ok, her steak came back and it was the best joke of my life, as I cut the steak I recognised there where no blood, the texture was very firm, so I tasted it and started laughing, I stood up with the plate walked to the counter where there where about 2 manager and about 4 waiters, I've put the plate on the table and asked who would eat this, the steak was as cold as if still in the freezer that's why the texture was like that... never again what a bad experience.
