Burnt chicken at Nando's Eagle's Landing

Hi,

I have noticed that I'm getting burnt chicken on a regular basis at Nando's Eagle's Landing. It didn't use to be this way in the past. Today's was the worst. When I got home to enjoy my chicken, I was disappointed to realise that it was not edible.

Can someone please do something about this particular Nando's? They need to stop grilling the chicken for longer than necessary.

I still love Nando's.
