On Thursday the 8th August I was driving to Durban with friends, due to roads being busy we decided to get lunch at the Petro Port, and save some time.
When we got to the Steers, it was not insanely full... we placed an order... giving explicit instructions. My friend is allergic to tomatoes, so obviously we said no tomato, had also requested no garnish on another burger. After explaining 3 times to the cashier she asked us again what our order was, didnt ask what the special requests were etc, when I tried to tell her again, she brushed me off.
Anyways we then went to use the bathroom, and went to the quickshop... when we got back 15 min later, our food wasnt ready... when we asked about half an hour later, the cashier brushed us off again and said we must be patient.
Eventually an hour later we got our 3 burgers and cold chips. When we got to the car and started to eat, my friend saw tomato on her burger, and I had garnish which I specifically said I dont want.
First of all, waiting an hour for 3 burgers is unacceptable, also being ignored when giving instruction is as well.
In future I will never ever stop at the Petro Port Steers. It was a complete waste of time and my money
