We phoned and ordered at Spur Fordsburg 5 fillet steak well done, The lady tells me your order will take 15 to 20 mins, After 25mins of arrival we waited another 20 mins for the food, as the food comes to the table of 5 ..4 out of the 5 people food was raw and gave like 8chips and call it a portion which was very disappointing .. We called Sue and she had taken the food back in and waited. We got the food back after my dad was done eating his steak we couldn't it as a family! Once we were done and wanted to pay the lady brings the bill and charges extra and asked her why she says sorry but there prices are not updated so that why she had to add "open food something "which costed R100 extra and the bill came to R700 . A pond payment she tells us the portable speedpoint isn't working, This is not the way we as customers should be treated with bad attitude, the manager didn't even bother to apologies. I will never set my foot at spur Fodsburg again and feel like exposing the service they workers give the customer and the only Reason we ate at spur fordsburg is due to its Halaal we travelled all the way from Pretoria to eat lunch at spur Fordsburg, Huge disappointment!
