We worked on a Saturday and we ordered Steers CHICKEN burgers. Our calls are recorded. Being extremely hungry we eagerly awaited the food. The food they sent were beef. We clearly did not order beef as we do not eat beef. We were so frustrated that we told the delivery guy to take th order back and forget our order. This is pathetic service. I then called steers again on (031) 562 8238 and, after asking to speak to the manager was cut off. I called back and was then not even transferred, referred to the "manager" who asked me how they could resolve this matter. I advised them that we will not be less hungry even if they send the correct order now. This it terrible especially after I clearly stipulated that I ordered Chicken.
