I recently upgraded to Reality Plus to utilise the 2for1 dining benefit. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! I made several inquiries to why I cannot use the online booking facility. Was told that it will work within 12 hours. Still nothing.
Made a booking yesterday and phoned in today and was told that my membership shows as inactive! As well that if they do not sort out the problem I will not be able to make bookings for the weekend as I need to book 2 days in advance. How does it make sense that I wont be able to make bookings due to Realities poor systems? Also waiting on feedback on a restaurant that appears on the list but I was told I cant yet make bookings. I will tell anyone to stay away. This is a brilliant program on paper, but the hassle an bad service related to make a booking does not make the little saving worthwhile.
