I called MiWay to update my details on my policy as I recently got married and changed my name and address. I assisted by Yeogesin who was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. While waiting for the system to upload details etc., he was friendly and took an interested in my recent wedding which made the usual pain of calling a call centre far more pleasant. Thanks Yeogesin!
