In April 2013, I have had a claim with Mi way. Mi way had settled my claim, deducting my excess. Every time I said an email requesting an update on my refund for the excess that was supposed to be claimed from the third party, my email just get ignored. The last update I received was 07.11.2013. We as a customer pay our instalment every month thinking when we have an incident it is hassel free to claim. Unfortunately our thinking is wrong.
