I had received a cheaper quote from another insurance and wasn't happy with MiWay's turn around time as well. however after Speaking to Henry, his attitude and willingness to help made me want to stay with MiWay. He was able to decrease my premium and access amount. He has great people skill and very good call centre skills as well.
