5 weeks late to settle insurance claim

6 weeks ago a crashed and wrote off my car, took insurance company a week so on 16 October requested settlement letter and registration certificate from vehicle and asset finance, emailed them all required information, my insurance company faxed and emailed them required agreement of loss, had to ask again today because 5 weeks later im still chasing VAF claims for documents so that the insurance company can settle claim and vaf Account, In the interim im still having VAF Payments taken from my account for a car i haven't had for 6 weeks? Is that a Std bank tactic or what because for last 3 days ive been phoning their claims numbers such as 011 227 4519 and they are always engaged (for me anyway), this is insane that im waiting for Std banK Vaf claims 5 weeks to pay std bank Vaf, this service is terrible, shame on you
