I cant believe the pathetic response i received from this company. i have posted a complaint about how i have been misinformed by their staff about my loan and how i never receive what i ask for. something as simple as requesting email confirmation that i am now paying more cant be done twice!!! Alicia Adonis called to resolve the matter i have with African bank and i don't think i have been listened to. i explained the full story with my ordeal with African bank and all i get is I'm sorry??? i requested for her to also send me email confirmation and that was not done too.
Once again African bank wont put anything to paper. i am really tired of this company. please avoid them at all cost.
their service from in the branch to their head office is pathetic.
