My company reveived a letter from Flemix and associates wanting to garnishee my salary for amounts owed to Trueworths. After investigating I realised that this is the same account that a diffrent law firm demanded from me in 2012 that I had settled and received a letter of confirmation.
In September I called Flemix and associates and I sent proof of payment to them in September, from then on I have been trying to speak to an Emily Ngcaku who the matter was esacalated to. Up to today I have not spoken to this person, but I got to speak to other people at Flemix. What they tell me is that they placed the judgement on me because I was hande over by MBD legal to them. Thay told me that they have my proof of payment to MBD legal and they have closed the case on thier side. They will no tremove the judgement I need to call MBD about that.
When calling MBD they deny handing over this account since they have received payment from me, they would never do that they claime that they would have demanded the moneies themselves.
What upsets me the most is Flemix and associates wanting me to pay them R498 to rescind a judgement that was done incorrectly?!
